Ordering & Payment

Orders must be paid in full before baking begins.

Payment is accepted via secure third-party providers (e.g., Square, PayPal, Cash App).

All custom orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise approved.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Orders canceled within 48 hours may not be eligible for a full refund due to prep work already started.

No refunds are given for completed orders unless there’s a verified issue with product quality. In that case, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the problem.
Food Allergies & Kitchen Notice

All items are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.

We do not guarantee our products are allergen-free.

Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
Pick-Up, Delivery & Shipping

Orders must be picked up at the agreed time/location. Unclaimed orders may not be eligible for refunds.

Too Good To Go orders must be picked up at allotted time or they may be sold to the next available customer.

Local delivery may be available upon request, and terms (delivery fees, times) will be discussed individually.

We ship a limited amount of products, items with buttercream and other toppings that would melt, etc., in transit are not available for shipping.
Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media (including images, branding, and recipes) is the property of Memphis Cookie Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
