Class Options Include:
Buttercream Basics – Make buttercream frosting. Learn how to flavor and color frosting. Frost up to 4 cupcakes and 4 cookies (choose to make sandwich cookies or frosted cookies). Students will receive aprons, light snacks, a beverage, coloring books, recipe cards, and treats created to take home.
Chocolate Dip & Drizzle – Learn how to temper and melt chocolate and work with other dippable ingredients. Learn how to dip and drizzle chocolate on cookies, dip fruit and other treats. Students will dip and drizzle up to a dozen treats and learn how to properly package treats. Students will receive aprons, light snacks, a beverage, coloring books, recipe cards, and a treat box to take home creations.
Classic Cookie Champion – Students will learn to make 2 classic cookies from scratch (choose from Chocolate Chip, Sugar, Oatmeal Raisin or Snickerdoodle) and how to elevate each into multiple desserts. Students will receive aprons, light snacks, a beverage, coloring books, recipe cards, and treat boxes to take cookies home.
Cookie Decorating – Students will decorate up to a dozen cookies based on the selected theme. Themes can include holidays or trending designs. Students will receive cookie canvases, sprinkles, candies and up to 3 bags of icing. Students will receive aprons, light snacks, a beverage, coloring books, recipe cards, and treat boxes to take decorated cookies home.
Bread Making 101 – Students will learn to make yeast rolls. Students will work with active yeast, learn how to knead dough, shape dough and bake rolls. Students can choose to bake sweet or savory rolls. Students will receive aprons, light snacks, a beverage, coloring books, recipe cards, and dough to take home for further practice.
Classes are $35 PER STUDENT. The fee for each class covers all supplies and an apron for each student. Group rates are available for groups of 10 or mores. Lunch Boxes Are Also Available. Lunches Include 1 Sub Sandwich, Chips, Cookie & Beverage. Detailed Meal Options & Associated Fees Will Be Discussed At Consultation & Provided In Final Costs.
